Amid the Cold of Winter by Clare Revell
Welcome Clare
What is your writing schedule like? Not as great as it used to be in the BD days – that's Before Dog. Now, I have to sit in bed and write by torch light. Which can be a little chilly and I don't get as much done. During the day, Dog is very demanding and i get even less done. |
What would you say is your interesting writing quirk? Everything is hand written at first. I think better that way. And it has to be a pen that isn't blue or black. Purple is my ink of choice. |
What makes this a "must read" and why? It's another Zander and Isabel story, but mostly Zander. And it's a direct sequel to The House That Jack Built. |
What is your next project? I'm currently writing a two part Zander/Isabel book which will rock the whole town and make the two of them reevaluate everything. |
In no more than Ten (10) words, what is the spiritual takeaway for your reader? God is with us even when we don't see Him |
What is your hero's main character flaw? He rushes in without thinking which gets him into trouble. He also thinks with his heart not his head at times. Which also get him into trouble. |
What is your heroine's main character flaw? Things went wrong and she tried to deal with them alone. She forgot that nothing is so bad that God doesn't want to know and can work it for good in the long run. |
What can readers learn from your villain? that crime does't pay. |
What makes your hero heroic? He puts everything on the line for the woman he loves. |
